The ZF 8HP is an incredible transmission—but if you've ever tried to push or tow a car with one while the engine is off, you know the struggle. Without hydraulic pressure, the transmission remains locked in Park, making shop work, towing, alignments, or loading onto a trailer a serious hassle.

While the factory provides a small emergency pull cable hidden under the shifter trim, it's almost never usable or accessible in aftermarket or custom swap builds.
